No FPF Today - Happy Christmas!

I know it's Friday but being Christmas Eve, I didn't think anyone would mind that I didn't post a free crochet pattern for FPF (Free Pattern Friday).

Instead I'll just use my little space in the cyber world to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas!

Are your stockings all hung by the chimney with care?

(or did you at least finished crocheting them?)

I hope everyone loves the Christmas gifts you made them ...

... and that you get lots and lots of yarn for Christmas,
so you can start making gifts for next year!

Merry Christmas to all of you, and remember,
Jesus is the Reason for the Season!

  1. Oh I'm pretty much set, with the exception of just one last batch of brownies, and some housecleaning.. But I AM thinking ahead already for New Years, Valentines Day, and there's a new baby in the family whom I need to start crocheting for.. So I look forward to crocheting in the new year ahead, and to your WIP Wednesdays, and Free Pattern Fridays, whenever you post them up!... Wishing you a blessed and very Merry Christmas, Marie Anne! ~tina

  2. Marie Anne, left a response on my blog; but thought I'd pop over here as well. First, let me say I LOVE the yarn picture....wouldn't we all love to have a present just like that...a beautiful wall of yarn. lol

Tails should be about 5 inches. I mention the knots because I've had a few people who've sent things I've had to repair before being able to donate. When people knot and cut right after the knot, it never stays; often it's unraveling when I remove from the box. Thus my comment about not knotting and cutting. Tails after knots that have been worked in then cut work fine and dandy, or tails worked in without knots; it's just the folks who cut without leaving a tail that create problems.

Look forward to more visits from you as well as some wonderful donations from you for the cause.

    Merry Christmas
    Sandy
