Today's WIP - Me!

I've been too busy writing and taking care of critters in the cold and snow to get any crocheting done this week, so no photos of my current WIP.

I do want to share something a friend shared with me yesterday, that is totally fitting to this topic.

From the Facebook page of Knitting (and Crochet) Bible Study:

"You are God's WIP - And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns."  Phil 1:6

That would be me!  I am definitely a work in progress and know will be until the day I leave this battered body here on earth.  With the new year, I have resolved to overcome some of my weaknesses, as well as try to be a better person each day, one day at a time.  With God's help, I'll keep pushing.

So ... what're you working on this week?

To play along on Work-in-Progress Wednesday, make your blog post for Wednesday be about something you're working on - some type of craft, renovation project, landscaping, even that novel you're writing. You can play along even if it’s not Wednesday; I leave each WIP up until the following week. Copy the code below Rosie's picture and paste it into your blog post so that others can follow too, and see the rest of the projects that are posted here.

Make sure to click 'You are next' below to add your link so my readers can follow it to your blog post.

  1. great share! I'm definately a work in progress myself. I'm reading a book right now that is really good. I will be reviewing it in my blog on Saturday (I hope anyway)
I'm home from the dentist and I survived!! Just waiting now for all this numbness to at least start to go away!

  2. True story! As a perfectionist, I think it's hardest for me to remember that I'm still a WIP. I get very frustrated by what I feel I should have already conquered. I always need the reminder! Thanks.
