Turqua Shell Afghan Finished

I started this afghan in April and got about 3/4 of the way finished, then put it up as I was working on other things (some crochet, some not).  We had a week or so of unseasonably hot weather and there was no way I was going to work on a full sized afghan across my lap when the temp in the house was close to 90.  It's been much cooler the last few days, so I snatched the opportunity to finish this afghan.

I'll take it outside for better photos before listing on Etsy, but here is the finished product.

Turqua shell afghan

The color is Red Heart's Turqua, which is somewhere between aqua and turquoise, and I used my own Classically Simple Shell pattern, except I worked HDC instead of DC for the non-shell rows.

The only thing left to do is work in a few ends from where I attached a new skein of yarn and that won't take but a minute or two.

I've got a small order for some facecloths and makeup remover pads but need to buy the yarn for that, so I'm off to my stash to see what I can make next!
