Free Bumpy Scarf Pattern

This three color striped scarf has a bumpy-like texture to it and works up very quickly. It is a very simple stitch that results in a fairly thick scarf.

Here's my free crochet pattern for this scarf.

(Click images to enlarge for better viewing)

A closer view so you can see the texture better

I also worked up a small swatch so that you can see a two-color option. I still think the 3 color version looks best.

Click here and here to see others that have used my pattern to make scarves in various colors.

If you've used my pattern to crochet a scarf, please let me know and I'll post your link here as well.

Rhionna, I used plain old Red Heart Worsted. I suppose I should mention the yarn weight in the pattern!

Hey there!

I recently started crocheting and your pattern was one of the first ones I attempted :) It turned out quite well and I'm thinking it just may become a Christmas gift! You can see my photo on my blog at http://wp.me/p1cIau-8G

Cheers and thanks!

I tried clicking on the link to get the pattern for Bumpy Scarf, and it wouldn't work.

Whoops, sorry! I moved the pattern to a new location and changed it on the list of free patterns on the separate page, but forgot to change it here.

It's fixed above now.
